About:
Amit Kalssi has been in the travel and tourism industry for over 32 years. An MBA in International Marketing and an alumnus of Delhi Public School and FORE School of Management, Amit began his career in the travel industry in 1993.
Over the years, he has worked across multiple segments of travel, including airlines, hotels, cruises, destination promotions and luxury travel. His professional journey includes leadership experience with the World’s leading provider of Luxury Travel – Abercrombie & Kent in India, where he headed outbound private travel before launching Experiential Travel Journeys Pvt. Ltd. in 2014.
Experiential Travel Journeys was created with a clear purpose to design high-end, private, tailor-made travel for discerning clients seeking deeper, more meaningful and personally curated journeys across the world.
Amit works closely with a global network of luxury hotels, resorts, villas, yachts, lodges, safari camps, cruise companies, destination specialists and trusted local experts. These relationships help him design journeys that are not only comfortable and well planned, but also authentic, engaging and memorable.
His approach to luxury travel is simple: comfort alone is not enough. A truly meaningful journey must also include culture, nature, history, food, people, design, privacy, service and a strong sense of place.
A committed traveller himself, Amit continues to build his destination knowledge through personal travel, industry relationships, luxury travel communities and ongoing research. He is supported by a small, hands-on team that helps plan and execute private journeys with care and attention to detail.

Monika Singh Rawat has been part of the travel industry for over 22 years and is passionate about exploring the world, meeting people and understanding different cultures.
After completing her post-graduation in Tourism, Monika built her career across respected travel brands and developed strong experience in planning personalised journeys for discerning travellers.
Before joining Experiential Travel Journeys, she worked with Abercrombie & Kent for eight years, where she headed Sales and Operations for their FIT outbound division, known as Private Travel. Her work focused on tailor-made journeys for individuals, couples, families and multigenerational travellers.
Monika believes that luxury travel is not only about staying in five-star hotels. It is about thoughtful planning, authentic experiences, personal understanding and the ability to shape a journey around the traveller’s expectations.
Her destination knowledge includes Africa, Australasia and Europe, with a special interest in Italy, France, Portugal, Eastern Europe, Jordan, Morocco and offbeat destinations. Her personal travel experience and professional background help her create carefully planned, meaningful and memorable journeys.
As an integral part of the Experiential Travel Journeys team, Monika works closely with clients to design private, tailor-made journeys with care, clarity and attention to detail.
